LOL why is it that when dogs fart it never can be a mild fart? It has to be one that peels paint off the walls and burns out your nose hairs! Just once I want a dog fart to not gag a maggot. I have an extra gas mask here ya go......

Seems more like a nut job. The freak that did this was 24 years old, and most likely isn't even that involved in politics. Dude wanted to be the Scarecrow or some other wakadoo idea!
