I threw the box away and I just started using them and I know I'm a dumby, but can some one tell me how they are really supposed to be used?

they are very accurate.

You should begin using them around the time you think you will ovulate whhich is usually 2weeks after the first day of your last period. You should do it the same time each day but not in the morning as you can get a false positive then. I used them last month each day a week before I thought i may ovulate. As ovulation can actually occur anytime in the month, it's not a rule that it happen 2 weeks after af, it is therefore easy to miss. Also, some women can be fertile for a matter of hours only each month!!

Good luck.

I do not think that they are accurate. The month that I missed the window of opportunity, according to the OPK, is when I actually got pregnant! The exact same thing happened to my friend.

I actually had to take clomid to help me conceive and I had to use OPK's. Mine were completely accurate and I got pregnant on the day that it said I ovulated. I used Clear Blue Easy. I will use them again when we decided to conceive again. Best luck and Wishes to you :-)

They are very accurate, but the biggest problem is women not knowing when to test or how to interpret the results. Read the instruction booklet before you begin testing.

A lot of women never get one to turn posiutive. If you decide to try them, my suggestion is to test every 12 hours instead of 24. Soem only detect that farf ahead.

i might want to assert you should take yet another one in a pair of days or maybe contained in the morning once you've slept, because the hormones will be reliable. i see the very faint line on the o.ok.one. and the sparkling blue is solid also.
