I am thinking about selling my Cal Ripken baseball collection on Ebay. I have over 1,100 INDIVIDUAL cards, with about 2,000 cards overall. I have all rookies (2 of each, 1 of each is graded 9 or above). I also have two auto cards, and mutliple jersey cards. There are many, many random inserts and regular cards. I am hoping to get at least $2,500 for it. What do you think??

I think that you should get at least $5,000 for the cards. Cal Ripken was one of the best players on the Orioles. He is also definately a future HOFer. His rookie cards are valuable now so I think you should get more than $500 for them alone.

Hang on to them for a few more weeks before you do anything. He goes into the Hall of Fame this June. Your collection will be worth more then.
