I learned this in health class.
You need the force of EJACULATION for the sperm to make it to the egg.
Since you have no force, you have no momentum to get to the egg.
So no, you can't.
And you should be washing your hands before and after handling a tampon.

highly unlikely, first you have to be ovulating to get preggers and if you are using tampons then you are menstruating and those two things don't usually happen at the same time
