A: the original nation of Palestine?
Let's check history shall we. 70 years ago, the area that is now Israel was the British Mandate of Palestine - nope, not a 'Nation' of Palestine. 100 years ago, it was part the Ottoman Empire, nope, wasn't a nation then, either. 500 years ago it was part of the egyptian Malmuk empire. 900 years ago, it was ruled by the Crusaders. 1000 years ago it was part of the Caliphate. 1500 years ago, it was part of the Byzantine Empire. 2000 years ago, it was part of the Roman Empire. 2300 years ago, it was part of the Empire founded by Alexander the Great. 2600 years ago, it was part of the Persian Empire. And, that's about it for recorded history, unless you count the bible as history.
So, the first actual nation ever to exist upon the land now called Israel, was Israel, itself.
B: Are getting pretty old. Many Israelis, today, are 'Sabre' - they were born there.
* Actually, durring the British Mandate, Jews were more-or-less welcomed by thier Arab neighbors when they purchased land in the area, but, the rise of Arab nationalism made it politically expedient to stir up resentment between the two groups. Once Israel was founded, surrounding Arab states expelled thier Jews, and encouraged Arabs in Israel to abandon it in preparation for conquest.
* There's no question that Arabs and Jews continue to kill eachother in Israel and the territories.
* The restritions on Arab Palestinians are in response to the constant terrorist attacks /by/ Arab Palestinians. They would probably be lifted, eventually, if the PA could get it's people to stop blowing up.
* If death has become better than life, just set yourself on fire, or blow your brains out: don't take innocents with you.
* And so the cycle is perpetuated.
* I thought they had the 'blind support of the UN?' Yet the UN has passed resolutions against them?

B, A, F...huh? If you are challenging Israel's right to exist as a sovereign nation then you are probably Islamic and don't like any infidels, but especially those pesky Jews. Israel has a small piece of land compared to the Islamic states of the middle east, and they didn't even ask for the land with the oil...the Arabs got the oil and the Jews got to be circumcised, tell me that God doesn't have a sense of humor! I believe that Israel has been acknowledged as a sovereign state since about 1948, nearly sixty years, and there is still a Mosque on the most Holy Jewish Site in the World (Temple Mound), so get over it.

read this website a bit, alot of info. it seems to be biased towards the palistinians. but what isn't biased these days?
whether or not palistine was or wasn't a nation, people were still forced from their land and homes. i think that would be enough to piss anyone off. Israel was born out of unethical actions leaving the remaining palistinians living in poverty. the only wayfor the palistinians to create a better way of life for themselves is to lay down their arms and talk their way forward. Israel is now established as a country, the ongoing internal aggression and random attacks will not help. discussion is their way forward. N.I is an example.

Simple truth is that the United Nations in 1948 declared the two nation solution- Israel and Palestine. Israel accepted the UN mandated borders but the Arab nations, primarily Egypt, Syria and Jordan chose instead to attack the new and tiny nation of Israel. Israel was victorious then and victorious also in consequent engagements provoked mostly by the Arab nations.
The Palestinians have mostly themselves to blame for their misery by glorifying and electing leaders- the likes of the Arafat and more recently the victory of Hamas. Israeli-Jew on Arab violence is a drop in the bucket compared to Arab on Arab violence and that's a fact, Jack!
Finally so many people don't realize how truly tiny the nation of Israel is compared to ANY of it's Arab neighbors let alone all of it's Arab neighbors. A simple look at a map of the Middle East explains why Israel needs to be ever vigilant if it intends to survive and flourish.

Of course we have the facts.. however they're not much like the lies you're trying to pass off.
1) There has NEVER been a nation of Palestine. In fact, there has never even been an independant Arab nation comprised of the territory in question. It simply never existed.
2) US support for Israel against Arab/Palestinian aggression and terrorism is not done blindly. It is in the best interest of the US, civilization and humanity as a whole that criminals like the "Palestinians" are not allowed to win.
3) Finally, Israel has taken many steps towards peace. And each and every time Arabs/"Palestinians" have responded with more crime and aggression.
Those are the facts... even if there is no such nation as "Palestine"

Oh sure. I've heard all that stuff plus all the other stuff Muslims teach their kids in school like - Jews and Christians are subhuman pigs that God wants to see killed. Jews drink the blood of babies for passover? Muslims must take over the world by force and make everyone submit to Allah. Have you ever seen a Palestinian kid dressed up like a suicide bomber for his 2 year old pictures? If the world could get rid of all the Muslims, and have only Jews, there would be no problem. There has never been a documented case of a Jew carrying a bomb into a Arab shopping center. So, I bet the Palestinians don't even worry about Jew suicide bombers, do they?

There is no way better to change public opinion than to post statements as facts but not provide sources while the actual people that do use sources are showing pictures of Hamas hiding themselves and weapons behind woman and children. I am so sick of the palenstinians posting rhetoric up here and everytime I try to e-mail them to engage in an educated debate, they either 1) Never reply or 2) Start yelling and cursing yet never ever ever provide sources.
