Well there are options. Do you know this person personally? You could always file a police report or get a restraining order. Or get the phone number and I will give this stalker a call and a nice talking too.

Keep some big men around you at all times and hopefull the stalker will go away. You may have to leave your job, move away because stalkers can be very dangerous. Maybe try getting some film of this person when they are stalking so that you have some visible proof.

The stalker will have to threaten you or do harm to you before the cops will do a thing. Stay in groups of people and try not to be alone. God bless

The direct method has always worked for me. You have to prove that you are more psycho than your stalker. I like the baseball bat-to-car method as a warning shot. Then try threatening to kill him if he doesn't leave you alone, and then follow up with an actual attempt. That should work.

has this person threatened you?
you can get a restraining order against the person
if you feel threatened you can go to your county courthouse and take out a no contact order that way if this person violates the order, the police will have to do something

Get a taser gun and pepper spray to protect yourself and have friends look out for you. If all else fells move and change your number and make sure all your identification is unlisted.

Invite the person over, give them the address to the local crack house.
Create new accounts, report him to you ISP, to their ISP.
