Yes, I would hate to see what would transpire if Islam decided to stop being a religon of peace.

If this is their "peaceful" mode, can you imagine them violent?

Very good. Let us blame all muslims for the actions of a few fundamentalists. Terrorism in the name of anything is wrong. Why don't we focus on this instead of bashing religions we don't like? What's next, are we to blame Jews for the Palestinian problem saying they brought in on themselves? Are we to blame Christians for abortion? Trying to point fingers and blame others never solves problems.

You seem to be suffering from a cognitive deficit regarding the 650,000 iraqi dead, the 337? and rising american dead, and the fact that the people of Afghanistan are engaged in war against an illegal occupying foreign invader.

Your inability to see both sides of the picture is keeping you from a mentally healthy picture - i t'sd called peace that yields no deaths in war.

The problem isn't Islam or any particular religion - it's the intolerance fundamentalism breeds, and the cycle of violence and hate perpetuated by everyone who thinks they know the mind of God well enough to force their views on the world around them.

By the way - if they wanted to tally a total for us, the numbers would be higher. Yes, we feel we're right and they're wrong, but rest assured they feel they are right. To be considered respectible, ethical and worthy of respect, a people must act accordingly - if you think you deserve special treatment because God wants it that way (i.e. we're God's chosen people, God is on our side, etc.), think again.
