so what if you could only do it in your house.. i would choose to do it in my own house but i would be worried about having it in my car and getting arrested for having any on me. besides you could still smoke in restaurants that have out door seating.. i smoke cigarettes as well and i smoke them everywhere. not just at my house.

Thank heavens I live you know where.
I can do it at home, I can do it on the street, although that is not allowed, I doubt I'd get so much as a fine the moment I mention it is pain relief... so, I can even grow it in the garden... which I dont at the moment, but who knows..loooong warm summer? The backdoor for supply is illegal here too and that remains a weird thing. Legalizing would not be good without some very very clear rules about who can obtain it. otherwise 8 year olds get hold of it...

Why? Even if it were legal, you couldn't do it anyway. Try smoking a cigarette - a LEGAL activity - in a restaurant in Las Vegas or a bar in Los Angeles or a million other places that ban smoking. What makes you think if they legalized "it" that you would be able to enjoy "it" anywhere other than the privacy of your own home? That's where "it" gets enjoyed now anyway, right?

Yes,I would be more than happy to be taxed,it would be much better than being afraid of arrest. The government could than use some of that windfall to help, not hurt, addicts of hard drugs.

I agree with the guy that said "even if it is legal, you still couldnt do it". They would legalize it and they would make it so you could only do it in your own house.

Huh? Legalize what?

(And good point to the person who said even if it's a legal activity - smoking - you can't do it. The freedom-robbers are at it again - grab your ankles!)

But seriously, what activity are you referring to when you say legalize don't criticize?

Might as well. At one time alcohol was illegal. When the dummies finally realized it was a waste of time they decided to make as much money as they could!
