It could be something as simple as someone just wanting to make you nervous. They have no intention of harming you. Just want to make you squirm. But it can also be some loony. If you notice something around your home that seems strange. As if someone has been around apart from the letter. Or if you receive another one notify the police. If they are able to find out who it was press charges. That way they will no better then to mess with you next time. If you find out who it was you can also have a restraining order. If they come anywhere near you. All you do is call the police and they will be arrested.

My dad got one of these letters and when we looked into it it turned out to be a scam. I also got something of the same sort only in an email saying i had won 630,000 pounds in an email lottery from UK National Lottery, again when i looked into it i found that it was a scam too. Maybe some of these are legit but be careful when you go do anything to claim because you could end up being out of pocket and not loaded!!

Depends on who sent the letter. If from a hot chick then I would say "cool!". If from an axe murderer then I would be scared.
But, on balance, I would be scared. How many hot chicks do you know that send letters like that?

Depends what you were watched doing? DID you hook up with the wife of your steroid using neighbor? if so then yea maybe you should be scared. Did you steal from your boss? if so then yes be scared. Did you hook up with your wife's sis? if so then yes. If you just ate a extra piece of cake or something then who cares let them watch.

That is majorly creepy, even if just a thought,I would put on some kind of performance that would horrify them,so they would know to be careful what they wished for,and or were trying to terrify you with,,,,yes indeed I would make it backfire!
