I usually take some time and write down how I'm feeling, and why I think I feel this way.
Then, if in the mood, I will call a friend that I know will listen and give good advice.
If all else fails, I will watch a funny movie to make myself laugh. :)

Take a bubble bath, sip on a cup of tea and light some candles. Candles do wonders for soothing the soul.

I think of rainbows and butterflies....No! I am just kidding! I really just go for a drive and listen to my favorite songs and think of all of the good things that I have going on....and the thing that bothered me or brought me down, seems to be forgotten...good luck

I go see my best friend an no matter what, she can ALWAYS get me out of a bad mood or make me feel better. I think laughter is the best medicine.. and it releases healthy endorphines. =0)
