a girrafe - cool question!

2007-05-17 07:08:19 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

1) Monkeys can climb trees,
and they look taller from the top of a tree.

2) Monkeys can use crutches to stand taller than giraffes (though that's unprobable).

3) A young giraffe (3 days old) might be shorter than a adult monkey.

Of course, this is a trick question; how tall is the monkey? And how tall is the giraffe?

If it's a fully-grown adult giraffe, then it will always be the giraffe (the reason being, due to the bone structure of primapes, there is actually a physiological limit to the height that they/we can reach).

A giraffe. Giraffes can reach 16-18 feet tall. The biggest monkey is (I believe) the mandrill, which reaches roughly 4 foot maximum.

Well if it's king kong, then definitely the monkey. Otherwise, I would have to say the giraffe is the winner of the height contest.
