Am thinking of getting BT Vision, but at its a fairly new concept, whats your opinion.
Should I get it now, or wait, in case there are "bugs" that need sorting out?

I don't know about BT Vision but my bf and I have seen it recently and have thought about getting it in the future. As to BT broadband (the last comment)we have total broadband and have had no problems with it whatsoever, the customer service is good too infact yet again had no problems with them. Overall they have come out in the top 2 in a recent watchdog survey.

Maybe wait for a couple of months to see what the customer reviews are like and then make your decision based on what you find. Would not hurt to go on the bt website and find out what you need to connect etc.

Not much info to go on but thats what we will probably do. Hope having another point of view helps. xx

I had BT broadband and I got rid of it less than a month later because of the poor connection.

BT use old equipment and have a poor record of broadband reliability. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

They are still trying to charge me for the service and I have been stuck on the phone to them for hours now trying to get though. When I eventually get though and explain the situation, the line mysteriously goes dead.

I would go with someone else. If you go with $ly you can get your broadband for free.
