I thought I was truly bilingual but these transaltion are hard..
AWARDS CEREMONY: They are not Premios They are actually Certificates.

2nd GRADE PROMOTION (it is not promocion or Graduacion) these two dont make any sense to me...

TOPS: Like Clothes tops... and also BOTTOMS..
TUCKED IN: The shirts have to be tucked in

SKORTS: Skirt/shorts????/falda pantalon maybe?

Jeans must be HEMMED or CUFFED and FREE OF EMBELLISHMENT ..???not a clue

JUMPERS: Like clothes jumpers
MARQUEE: Where you post info outside the school..Letrero maybe?/
Please if you have a clue on any of these let me know

Ceremonia de certificados o diplomas.
Promoccion de Segundo grado.
Camisas y Pantalones.
Las camisas tienen que ser usados metidos adentro del pantalon.
Skorts (falditas/pantalon)
Los blujines tienen que ser dobladillados.
Los blujines tienen que ser simples,sin disenos extravagantes.
Vestidos de puente.
Letrero, Rotulo(accent on the o)

Skorts: falda pantalon works.
Marquee: mabye you are refering to "cartelera" at least that the way we refer it to here in Colombia.

We don't usually refer to "tops", it's more like, camisas, blusas, depending on what you are wearing, I would say "camisas" is more generic.

Awards ceremonies se traducen literalmente ceremonias de los premios. For 2nd grade promotion it could be: promoción a la segunda nivel de educación.
