The song could have been horrible to begin with......or it could just be the band who remade it or the other way around....The remake could be even better than the original. Get what Im saying? I would love to hear as many opinions as possible.

Actually I like Bill Withers but I dont think I have ever heard this song before by them. On the other hand I just heard Doobie Brothers remake this song and it is horrible. I dont know if its because they were singing it or if its just a bad sond to begin with?

Jack Ingram's remake of Hinder's Lips of an Angel. I didn't like that song much anyway, but he sings it so mechanically and it was too soon to do a remake!

its not just because theyre foreign but it sounds sooo non feeling. its like they put their voice in a paper shredder that was underwater or something. its so awful its hard to describe, really.
ive heard another cover of it by...i wanna say Jump 5 but that one wasnt so good though but it was better than this one. it was too fast to fit the song.
let this be a lesson to people. noone can sing Elvis Presley esp. not these guys

Madonna has done a couple of songs that she should not have done. Santa Baby was better by Eartha Kitt. she did another one that I can't think of that was better by the original artist back in the 60' or 70's. normally, I like her music.
