Does Starbucks charge too much?

2007-05-17 06:40:16 · 12 answers · asked by Gonzomonzo 3 in Entertainment & Music Polls & Surveys

I used to get an Iced Grande' Soy Lattee, costing about $4.50...
But have recently descovered the Iced Grande Americano with soy milk $2.25
There is very little difference.

I luv coffee...so four/five dollars seems pretty reasonable. Starbucks does charge a lot for certain drinks but you dont necessarily have to buy a fancy drink that takes longer to pronounce than to actually drink the coffee.

Yes, Starbucks costs too much. BUT, when I haven't slept well I will pay almost anything to make it through the day.

I would pay seven dollar for a big can of coffee grounds and make countless coffee drinks.

So less than seven dollars .... for a lattee.

Starbucks is highly over-rated and a pop-culture fad. I prefer a regular cuppa joe.

$0.00 I don't like coffee and Starbucks charges too much for it anyway and they charge too much for tea, too.
