It might be a 2 on the pain scale ... but did you know that having a person 'walk on you' is a way to 'relax' and 'exercise' at the same time ... but ONLY IF that person is 'small enough' (which the girl obviously was in the video) ... and it's not really a 'stunt' ... it's a 'therapy' style that originated in Japan in ancient times ...

Why would it hurt the girl unless the guy got up and knocked her around some? It looks consensual to me. I don't think it hurt him at all, he's a big guy. Maybe about a "3" when she stood up on her tiptoes.
