It depends. If it came back negative for an infectious disease, pregnancy or something else that can be considered bad (pregnancy if you don't want kids or weren't planning on it yet), that's good.
If it came back negative because of something that needs to be transplanted in you, that's bad.

were they testing to see if your brain was in your skull? Negative would indicate that there is no evidence of a brain. Well you are ten lbs lighter. Have a piece of cake.
