Sodalicious. Sorry, that would be the Jehova's Witnesses. Mormons will take any excuse to throw a party!

You are my only Mormon friend and I must admit before talking to you I didn't know much, just that you don't use foul language, no drinking and no gambling.
I didn't have any weird ideas...hadn't heard about the not seeing each other naked part or the birth control issue.
I know you are a great person and friend, a superb mom and a great cook and that you practice loyalty, respect others, love your family and friends and are spiritual and love God.
I admire you and value your friendship, that's all I need to know, and like I have said before, God is proud of the job He did with you and your family.
Hugs!

OK, I answered the question at its' source; now I'll give you another opinion. I think that faith, while it defines your soul, does not show on the outside, except in the works you do. I think that people should hold their beliefs sacred regardless of what others think or feel. And I think that someone can be a civilized human being regardless of faith (i.e., Catholic, Mormon, whatever, though I have doubts about the Baptists [I am Baptist, btw, before anyone whacks me]) And I don't think it's right or reasonable to put people down OR up because of their faith. That said, I sure do like the Choir!!!

Sorry, no. I can't group people together by religion. You can't tell a person's religion by how they look or dress (except for those on their missions; they are always in white shirts, tie and dark slacks).

I know, work with and have friends that are Mormon - none look or even act similarly.

I've always thought that this religion frowned upon celebrating things like birthdays and other "secular" holidays that most of society enjoys. Or is that just Jehovah's Witnesses?
