my friend is graduating from college today and we have had someproblems in the past becuase i dropped outta school. she wants me to go to her graduation that is right after work. should i just suck it up and go even tho she mocks me for the way i have lived my life?

Hmm...if she has not supported you, then why support her? Of course, you can turn the other cheek and be there for her. I would talk to her and tell her that your choice is just as good as college (your making money while she is in debt with student loans, ne way). I don't think I would go, though. Good luck!

If she is a true friend than yes you should. Real friendships are rare these days, if she is a true friend she should not judge but maybe try to encourage you to maybe to go back to school, or maybe she should just let the past stay in the past. I have had a friend for 13 years since I was 7 and she never brought up the past to me, if this bothers you then confront her but be sweet about it, let her know how much this bothers you if she's a true friend she'll understand and she'll stop bringing it up.

If she makes you feel inferior to her, you don't need her for a friend. You don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with. I would send her a nice card saying that I am Happy for her and hope she has a great life. Then I'd move on.

friends don't insult each other and judge them for the way they've chosen to live their lives.
friends are supportive, caring and concerned.
someone who looks down her nose at you, certainly is no friend of yours.
