Many human conceptions pass out with menstrual blood. Perhaps half the humans ever conceived ended up dessicating on some sanitary napkin.
Even when the zygote embeds in the uterine wall, it frequently detaches and is discharged, such that we know more than half of all human "pregnancies" spontaneously or naturally abort.

You cannot get pregnant or have an egg implant while you have your period (except in very rare, exceptional cases). Most women get pregnant around 2 weeks after the start of their period. If fertilized, the egg would implant the next week, and then the next week when a period would be expected, it would be missed (usually). But conception and menstruation don't occur at the same time.

There isn't usually bleeding when the egg is fertilized or when it embedds into the uterine lining. When pregnancy occurs, there is a need for the uterine lining, which is why there is no menstral bleeding during pregnancy. I hope I answered your question...

I believe this is when the egg embeds into the uterus.

You get pregnant 14 days after your period ends. If you do become pregnant, you wont start another cycle.
