9/11 happened under the watch of
1. Republican President
2. Republican Governor
3. Republian Mayor
If a Republican is elected president in 2008, America will be at risk for another terrorist attack on the scale of Sept. 11, 2001 or worse.

Your question says what other politician, not president, and the list therein would be endless.
But, just to take a stab at all the bleeding hearts, I have been to snopes, and I am still a little wary to say Clinton did have at least one of those 26 people killed. BUT, Ted Kennedy is thriving after killing that poor girl all those years ago, and I bet THAT isn't on snopes.

i can't think of any other politician during my lifetime.
it's a shame that those in power have so much power (and money) to cover up.
the snopes report on the number of possible deaths related to clinton is one that is obviously biased toward clinton from its outset. it is no more than a commentary that any private citizen could have written and slanted per their own political leanings. it proves absolutely nothing except, that the sources that those who support clinton rely upon are seriously flawed and not necessarily factual plus, have more entertainment value than anything else.

Here is an interesting aside to your question, under Bush or clinton, which president has had more military killed during their terms?
The answer is easy to find for all lefties who are not too lazy to look.

well RonOld RayGun murdered more than 10,000 priests, nuns, social workers and school teachers in Central & South America
RayGun, Bush Sr., Clinton, Bush the tarded have murdered more than 600,000 Iraqi children with sanctions, depleted uranium, bombs and bullets since 1991
Then there are those murdered in the Phillipines, Mexico, Guatemala, Argentina, Vietnam, Cambodia, Panama, Grenada, Chili, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Columbia, Iran, Afghastain, Turkey etc.....to name a few......almost every country on the planet has endured great loss of life from the direct actions of U.S. presidents.............all the way back to the Native Americans who had 98% of their people butchered in the name of American democracy and Christianity
The question is ignorant and displays a complete lack of understanding America and American history

So judging by the responses made by posters here, are we to consider U.S. Presidents who authorised American troops to be sent to France in WW1 and to fight the Japanese and help the Allies in WW2 to be killers??
I am sure the people who lived in the countries under Nazi occupation and Japanese occupation would not agree with that idea.
And with regards to the original posters question, where is the actual proof that Clinton or Kennedy commited a crime by killing a person??

There is as much prove that Clinton was responsible for Vince Prices death as there is proof that Cheney something to do with the leak of the CIA agent. The leak of her name was the trigger that cost her, her life.
So if Clinton is on the list then Cheney should be too.

Kennedy's was an accident or he would be in prison. You have no evidence to back your stupid claim that the Clintons had anyone bumped off.
I could ask you about Adm. Poindexter who knew everything about Iran/Contra. All of a sudden just before he was due to testify he drops dead of "a heart attack". Yeah, right, a heart attack, caused by what or who? Is it possible Ronnie or Geo. Sr. might have had a hand in it? Sound ridiculous? So does your claim.

The government isn't even trying to keep track of the number of innocent people George W. Bush has killed.
