yes , a lot of people can speak as many as 6 - 7 languages. Almost every body would know at least two languages . One his / her native languages and second the next most popular language for communication. In UK , it could be english and French or Dutch ..... In India , it could be Hindi and English etc

I speak English as my first language, Spanish fluently. I speak only what I have learned from text books and friends of Italian, German, French, and Arabic.

Yes I lovvveee sign language and I know some Spanish and I took one year of Italian.

No. I tried Spanish in High School but that didn't work out. But I would love to try it again sometime in the future.
