and i am extremely annoyed about it, if a regular joe off the street were caught drink driving whilst banned/probation, they would have had a court case and sentencing of atleast a year and a half if not more within 2 weeks of commiting the crime.. now when paris hilton does the same thing it doesnt only take more than 4 months to bring to court, a measly jail sentence of 45 days is given to her, which has NOW been cut down to 23 days due2 "good behaviour", more like shes been flashing some cash and crying crocodile tears. Now am seriously annoyed with this, the girl endangered others lives and gets a really leniant sentence in the first place, but now shes been told she only has to do a few days in a cell which will probably resemble one of her fathers hotel rooms rather than a jail.. plus shes been given a day in which she must turn up for her holiday instead of being dragged to a real jail where straight away
glad i got that off my chest!
so what do you think of this "punishment"?

its bull$h!t that a b!tch like paris hilton gets her sentence cut...but typical of the american justice system to reward celebrities for "good behavior." So one time of good behavior overwrites all the previous $H!T she does. If she's soo "traumatized" of her sentence, maybe she should have made better choices with her worthless excuse of a human life. what a crappy flawed system.

i dont think 23 days in jail is even a punishment its more like a vacation cause u know shes probally going to go to like a half way house like were martha stewurt went to. then Paris will get to go on house arrest in her 10 million dollar mantion in either the hamptons or in a island somewere its bull shyt

I agree, i hate that Paris Hilton. I read in a paper, that some women wants to have sex with her. She should go to jail, it might learn her that you can't flout the law.
