I would try getting some Mineral Spirits or try WD-40. I used Mineral Spirits to get off some tar off of my car and it worked pretty good. Try not to get the mineral spirits on other parts of your car. If you do just wipe it off, it will not damage your paint job it just will take off any wax you have on your car. So just wipe the Mineral spirits off and just wax over the part were you spilled. I hope this helps. Take care.

I would try a couple of things - first use an ice cube and get the sap cold then scrape the sap off with a scraper. I would also try goo gone from the grocery store - it does wonders for ridding yourself of anything sticky. I would also think that an auto supply place might have something specifically made for windshields.
