Yea, I mean, i'm 31 and the only reason i'm on here is because i'm stuck at work. I can't be anywhere else and it's easy to do this and my job at the same time. If I were a teen, there's no way i'd be wasting my time posting on internet message boards. Kids today are lazy unfortunately.

I saw one here last night asking for homework help. She should have been elsewhere. If not on the computer, then at least out with friends or gabbing on the phone for hours on end. P&S is NO place for a teenybopper. I always want to yell at them. But then I fear getting reported. Such a Catch 22.
oh, and I have a job, I don't have to go in til later. The kids are at school, and all of the housework is done. I have three hours to play on the computer that I BOUGHT. I didn't get it as a prestent from mom and dad. I know some teens work, but some are lazy like I was and , well, I did a lot of bad stuff when I was bored.
There is an adolescent sectioon on here. But thankfully most of the teenage girls on here are fairly mature. And they have their head on straight.

I totally agree with you I do not think that these young people should be involved in adult conversation. Y!A should have some sort of filter that would not allow them to be on P&S. This catagory should be rated R or sometimes X, But what can you do but complain and live on. Like you wrote when I was their age I was outside or anywhere else but inside.
But the technology today who knows I would probally would be on Y!A too.
so I hate on them but I can't blame them either Y!A is the ish.
But Y!A should do something about this.

There are some cool teens here who ask great questions that are fun and thought-provoking ones. Yes, there are some bad one. Either way it is no more and no less that the jerkwad adults on here who take everything so seriously.

Absolutely. I didn't have time to do this kind of thing, had it been around. I had, dare I say? Homework! I had a job. I had friends who I hung around with or talked to. And I slept.

Yes, when I was a teen I was never home. I didn't even HAVE a computer. I had to go to someone else's house to get on the internet!! Wasn't graced with video game consoles either, but--somehow--I managed to survive!!

when I was a teen were were never home always out & about going to dances, or hang out at a friends & listen to music but these days now its all about computers & video games....
