OMG I LOVE CHEESE!
Mozzarella is my favorite, love string cheese!
Swiss is best on sandwiches.
and I like regular sharp cheddar, by itself too!

I like Swiss, Provolone, Sharp Cheddar, smoked cheeses, pepperjack...gosh, I'm hungry, got to grab some cheese and crackers!

Yes, love it. I have different favorites for different uses. My favorite cheeseburger is topped with grilled onions and mushrooms and melted swiss or provolone. I love feta for salads or wraps. For eating finger-food style, can't go wrong with smoked gouda. And my husband makes an awesome appetizer which is a melted brie & goat cheese sauce in a bread bowl.

I'm Dutch, so I pretty much have to love cheese. I love Sharp Cheddar, Jack, Gouda, Edam and Brie.
Oh, and for the person who mentioned lactose intolerance, you can take Lactaid. It's a little pill you eat with the dairy that helps you digest it. I'm lactose intolerant, too, but that doesn't stop me from eating dairy!
