It is early in the season, the Astros are not to far away from catching the Brewers who will eventually slow down. The Cardinals have had their struggles bad enought to be to far to catch up real early this season. The Astros have won 10 of the last 14, they are on a 4 game winning streak, Carlos Lee and the rookie Hunter Pence both are 7for7 in the last two games. with Hunter Pence going long in the last 2 games, and slugging 355

As good as anyone else. Including the spiraling Brewers.

The Brewers are in a slump, but I still think they're a better choice to win their division than are the Astros.

I'm not sold on the Astros' rotation outside of Oswalt and Williams. Sampson is pitching well, but I don't think he and Rodriguez are a good 3-4 pair. Milwaukee, on the other hand, is four-strong with Sheets followed by Capuano, Bush and Suppan. Not a superstar group, but good enough to take that division.

I wouldn't count on anyone else in that division challenging too much.

The Astros will be there at the end but will not win the pennant. The Cards will heat up and this division will be tighter than ever. The Brewers look like the real deal this year to win this division.

0 the Brewers and Cubs will battle it out. I've said that from the beginning.

I can see the Cubs making some deals for some bullpen help. When Z signs his contract he will pitch better.

18%. To win the pennant, they would not only have to make the playoffs, but win two series. Pennants haven't been "clenched" since 1968.

They have a very good chance but I believe the Brewers will not slow down. They have a good young team that can only get better.

it depends on there pitching, i think they will make a trade before the deadline, there are to many bats on the bench such as lamb, lane, ensberg, burke, palmero, and lorreta.it appears luke scott and pence are securing the outfeild spots. If they can get a decent starter and everyone stays healthy, this team could go further than anyone ever thought.I wouldnt rule out them making a big trade.remember they have clemens money setting around.

Even though they have lost 4 in a row, don't forget about the BEST team in the division, the Milwaukee Brewers

Winning your division is not winning the pennant. In order to win your league's pennant (and it's ONLY on the league level), you have to win the LCS, which takes you to the WS.

Slim.

They are in the right division to make a run at it. Lot's of experience on the team, it could happen.
