When Governor Bush destroyed the Texas public school system and used that as a selling point to show the American people why he'd be a good president.

Of course reasonable people looked into the Texas school situation...and right there...liar...creep

but of course conservatives simply took Bush at his word, and even today..."he did such a wonderful job with the schools in Texas"

....I work with severely developmentally disabled people who have better problem solving / comprehension skills than the typical Bush supporter

After having his Father as President, I already had an inkling that we were in for another rough ride.
I do not believe he fairly won the right to be President for the additional four years since he has more opposers than supporters.
It was definitely rigged.

Bad President,or bad person? I knew we would be in big trouble if that sloth got into office, however I didn't realize "how big or how bad" the trouble would be,really he has out done himself, and my biggest fear is the man will live to be 100 years old.....and go to the grave having gotten away with M****r,he sure makes you miss Bill Clinton, despite his personal character flaws? Which were bar none in my eyes, compared to the "Mad Man Bush"..........just look in his eyes that dart around everywhere due to dishonesty deceit and having the mind of a criminal.

When the weapons inspectors were trying to search Iraq, the message coming from the White House was clear. There had to be weapons and we were going to take them.

I told several friends that it didn't matter if the inspectors found anything. We were going to invade Iraq. Bush was going to do it. They thought it was all bluff. I didn't.

Bush actually made up his mind before he was even sworn in that he was going to take down Saddam Hussein. The record shows that now, but it was pretty clear from the day the inspectors went in. 9-11 just made it easier for Bush to do it.

The invasion of Afghanistan WAS justified, but not Iraq. If Bush had been better informed, he would have known the reason Saddam was left in power was removing him would create a vacuum and allow a civil war to start--the same civil war we're in the middle of now. Saddam was keeping it at bay through sheer force of arms.

Back in July of 2001. The federal government was set to mediate a potential Longshoreman's strike, but instead, President Bush sent National Guardsman in to scab. This weakened the bargaining position of the Longshoreman, destroyed their trust in the Federal Government as an impartial mediator, and directly contributed to the lockout that occurred Christmas of that year- causing massive shortages during what should have been the busiest retail season of the year.

When he got together with Ted (Killer) Kennedy for the No Child Left Behind act. It is IMPERATIVE that we continue to leave children behind if the studs and studettes in this country are to get the attention and resources they require to prepare them to continue this nation's greatness.
