I've had both questions and answers violated before, and I didn't take it to heart. I could see the tortured logic of the thin-skinned at work. But I cannot fathom why my good karma question got the hook. Given the crude and mean-spirited questions that are let fly, I just don't get it.

I feel your pain doll. I literally stayed away from friends one day because every thing I said was red flagged. There are times when it is right to appeal a violation. When I did so...I think Yijits actually went after them....whatever happened my red flag violations stopped right after my appeal.

I do know how you feel! I've had both answers and a question removed and I received a violation notice each time. It did and still does hurt my feelings! I am a good person I am not rude. I am doing my best to just avoid those questions that someone might take my answer wrong. I even think some of them are asked as a bait to get some one all stirred up so they can report the person who answers those type of questions. My Mama had a saying "Less said, Best said." Good old Southern logic!

Who can figure out their logic in selecting which questions are in violation. Please don't let that stop you from asking the thought provoking questions, I need something to read while wading through a lot of the garbage questions... have a great day!

I wonder sometimes if the Yahoo team goes on rampages when they are in a bad mood, deleting questions and accounts. It seems so random.
