depends on...
1) Did it get wet with the rain
2) do you have a receipt
3) did you erect it
i am just guessing but i suppose if its still in wrapping it would be fine.
it comes under statutory rights.

You need to ask the people who you gave the deposit to, they could have a non refundable deposit thing- they have to tell you about it though or have it on the paper work you sign.

Doubtful. I am guessing that the order form has a non-refundable deposit clause in it. If it is a custom job, it is almost certain.

depends on the contract you signed, if it says deposits non refundable then your out of luck. call the company and ask
