Arus has given you the right ordinances. I post only to note that under LAMC 41.40, construction has to stop at 9 p.m. 113.04 addresses things like lawnmowers and leafblowers, which cannot be operated after 10 p.m. But 7 a.m. is the start time for both.

According to code 41.40 and 112.04 of the Noise Ordinance for Los Angeles, they can start at 7 am (noise by machinery and such has to stop and not operate between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am)

I live in the states, we have city mayor, county commissioner, local law inforcement to call.Does your area not have a noise ordinance law? Like shutting down at a certain time? That is really rude anyway. If it was being done near their home, their burly tails would be out there chasing the workers away.....So sorry for you.....Start a petition......Good luck. p.s. try throwing water balloons when they are not looking..ha ha
