I have 3 more years till I have to give the admission exam for med school and I started studying anatomy first because I really like it. It's pretty hard to get into the university I want; it's for smart and passionate people and I think I can get there, as long as I will study seriously. So... how can I efficiently learn by myself anatomy and physiology? I really want to be very good at it. :)

You can study A&P. It isnt very hard. Just some straightforward memorization. But what will really help you on the MCAT exams is to improve your math. You will have to take calculus and algebra before you can take chemistry and physics. Chem and physics are an important part of the MCATs. In fact, you cant get a good MCAT score unless you are excellent at both of these. And to be good in chem you need to be totally OK with percents, basic algebra, ratios, and word problems. To be good at physics you have to be good at the first year of calculus.
Working hard on your math will actually help you more than just learning A&P - but there's nothing wrong with learning A&P - you can do that for fun!
