Well, I've never gotten to that point, but I've really WANTED to kill someone. I'm really sorry you're so angry today, and I hope you DON'T kill them. Hang on to your self-control as long as you can, and when you can't anymore... go get help from anyone you trust. Good luck!!

Yeah, that cruelty to animals example is a great one, so is anytime I hear about a child or elderly person being abused. I suspect you're talking about someone you know in your daily life? That is a problem, a big one. You're gonna want to get some help for that - you don't want to carry that anger around with you, you yourself know how horrible that feels (so do I, I've had it too) but you CAN get rid of it. But unleashing it on that person or on other people is only going to get you into trouble, and it isn't going to get rid of the anger - maybe for the moment, but it will soon return. A good therapist can help you talk through the anger and work through it, release it, much like the air out of a balloon so that instead of popping with a big bang it just deflates and is gone and never comes back, and then you'll have tools to later deal with problems/people that come into your life like that and you won't get angry like that anymore. You'l be a much more peaceful, happy person, and people will not be able manipulate or control you anymore - YOU will be in control of your life. Good luck !

Try to control your anger. It's within your power. Right now, spend five minutes imagining the results of your actions. Here are some possibilities:
The police will interrogate you.
You will eventually be found guilty and probably spend your life in jail, regardless of your age.
You will eventually come to regret your actions and want to apologize to the family of the person you killed.
You will forever wonder what your life would have been like had you not killed that person.
You will always feel guilty, until the day you die.
It is never worth it to kill someone. This may sound weird to you, but spend some time in nature. A forest preserve, perhaps. Sit quietly. Watch your thoughts, and don't analyze them. Your extreme anger will pass.

Yeah I've felt that way. In fact, there is still someone who I wouldn't raise a finger to help if I saw them bleeding on a street corner. I would laugh and walk away. But it passes. Try to keep those emotions under wraps. NOBODY is worth going to jail for. NOBODY! Let nature take it's course. Everyone gets there's at some point.

yes, i have had this feeling. but i also know of myself that i can control my impulses and the reasons behind why i feel that way sometimes. someone will trigger me and i start feeling afraid and helpless and like i will die and i have to protect myself and then i am really angry at the person who triggered this. then i make myself remember that i am not in any danger and the trigger came from the torment of the past. what about you? why are you so angry? I am sure there is a very good reason. it is up to you to find out what it is and help yourself through it. I wish you the best.

Yes! I hate this woman I used to be friends with. We were friends for like 12 years. Then something happened. She is best friends with my cousin (with whom I am very close). I hadn't seen her for 11 years, then she shows up to my cousin's surprise party this past Feb. She has not changed a bit. She's still bratty and acts like the world revolves around her. She made me sick to my stomach. During a game of taboo at the party, she stuck me and and my husband on the same team with the kids while the rest of the adults were on the opposing team. We beat them and it felt so good, because I know she did it on purpose. I wanted to bash her skull in. My husband (God bless him) purposely did things during the game to annoy her. HAHAHA.
Anyway her mother died last year too. I was sad for her, but not that sad. I wonder if that makes me a horrible person. I really can't stand this chick!

Noooo...you would be crazy or mental if you acted on that feeling. People irk me all the time and sometimes I think mean thoughts about them. I think it's normal for people to get angry. People think all types of things. I just think that there is something wrong when people act on their really violent thoughts. That's crazy!

Yep, been there. But that was because of a particular situation I was in. I assumed there was something wrong with me. Now that I'm out of that situation, I can look back and see that it was the situation that was wrong.
Odds are though, you won't really be able to do that until you're already out. Funny how self-destructive humans can be.

No, I have never felt this way, I would not allow another person to have so much control over me to make me feel this way, the second they make you feel angry they have won the day ! Always remember that the opposite of love is indifference, not hate.
