animeEDEN.com has vol. 1-36 and 322-328 (dunno what's up with that). You have to register, but that's free. It's direct dwnload. If you exceed the limit, wait a few hrs before dwnloading again. Leave 3 min. intervals btwn dwnloads and don't dwnload 2 at once. Sry. I dunno any other sites. I don't read manga. Hoped this helped.

Go to any book store that sells graphic novels. Your sure to find the prince of tennis manga somewhere.
