I was told there were a lot of big differences! I couldn`t find many. I haven`t read the book in a long time though. So I was hoping you guys could help me so i don`t have to read the book over again.

In the movie Curley's wife flirted with George, not really in the book that I recall.
Slim looked hotter in the movie, if you ask me.
I didn't see the end of the movie, so that might be different

I think Mighty Mouse is a better singer than Superman, and sings his own theme song. Quite well, too. Although both have very stylish taste in superhero garments, I think Superman looks more attractive in his blue and red suit. OTOH, Mighty Mouse's costume is a little more colorful. Superman, as Clark Kent, wears glasses. Mighty Mouse has 20/20 vision. (Or maybe he wears contacts, or had lasik...?) Mighty Mouse was born in the United States. Superman was an alien, and I can only assume that he's now a naturalized citizen of the good old USA. Seinfeld is a huge fan of Superman, but I never heard him speak of Mighty Mouse. Not that there's anything wrong with that...... Along with this and all the other great answers, you now know every difference there is between Mighty Mouse and Superman. :D
