actor or actress as passive aggressive is about "showing" and "acting out" rather then directly communicating.

the passive side is about not communicating directly.

The aggressive side is what offends others by going over the line into what is not appropriate. This is what turns people off about the passive-aggressive personality. perhaps a job that did not hinge on interactions with others would be more suitable.

He needs to interrupt the trend by technique of writing down what he needs in someone and not what he would not want. i want an significant different that's variety and open He can't write i do no longer want an significant different that's quiet yet then at the back of closed doors is aggressive. this may be too religious and not something you want to pay attention yet desire it enables somebody else

I would say a attorney, they are paid to be aggressive and they also help people. Some can be sharks and kill everyone in their path but there are plenty of attorneys that are very good at what they do and manage to stay human. Its a lot of work to become but sounds to fit the category.
