I've learned to tolerate and endure extreme pain. I've given birth to three kids ... no pain meds, at all. I've lived with Fybromyalgia for 15+ years (kind of like arthritis of the muscles) and I've gone into hypocalcemic shock. The worst has been the hypocalcemic shock ... it's like a severe muscle cramp, but involves your whole body ... mine lasted for 4+ hours. I'd rather have ten babies, one after the other .... than go through hypocalcemic shock again. So yeah ... my pain tolerance is extremely high. :)

9 or 10. About a year ago, I had a temporary autoimmune disorder called Henoch Schonlein Purpora that caused my joints to hurt so badly that, for a month, I had to be in a wheel chair. Then, I got a Staph Infection because of that, and I had to be hospitalized, getting antibiotics through an IV in my arm, for two days straight. I was afraid that it would never get any better, or that I might lose my foot, but I survived that, and I'm a much stronger person because of it. I think that the last time I've actually cried because of physical pain was when I was in elementary school, but I know that there's a threshold somewhere that I couldn't cross without crying. Probably catching on fire, or something like that.

I don't know, the worse physical pain I've felt so far was 3rd degree burns on my arm. That was no picnic, but I'm sure it would take more than that to knock me out. You ever seen that show "Scarred¿" That sh*t looks painful~
