When I was on a diet..er Lifestyle Change. I was told my my nutritionist the healthiest "Fast food" was the Taco Salas at Taco Bell. WITHOUT the shell and add an extra helping of chicken. You want at least 4 oz of lean protein in your meal, no cheese or sourcreme. But you can have guacamole and salsa. I thought it would taste like crap cause all the good stuff was taken out of it, but suprisingly it was really really good! Just remember to order 1 and I wouldn't eat out more than twice a week. I lost 57 lbs and 67 inches and have kept it off for over 4 years now. I still eat that!

The healthier choice when it comes to fast food would be Chick FilA, El Pollo Loco, and Subway.

Out of those choices, the least unhealthy, in terms of the basic food items offered, is probably Taco Bell. But you can get a salad at a bunch of those places, like McDonalds or Wendys, and those are relatively healthy.
But if you're only going to eat fast food once in a while, you might as well live it up and go to In n Out. Ask for your burger and fries "Animal Style". You won't regret it.

You could probably find something sensible at any of these restaurants. For example, order burgers and sandwiches without mayo, don't order french fries (they're the worst!), don't order anything fried. Get grilled chicken or burgers, salads, fruit, or yogurt.
Here is a website that lists a lot of fast food restaurants with the menu items' fat, calories, and WW points. I hope this gives you a better idea!

I read some article a few years ago that said Taco Bell was the healthiest out of most fast food chains. I am not sure how true that is.....but maybe you can order a salad from any of these places and get it with their low calorie/low fat dressing ( if they offer it)

they usually have a salad option. always opt for grilled chicken if you have the choice. see if they have a wheat bun, or just eat it open faced. always say no mayo, and ask if they have any fat free if you need it. stay away from anything deep fried or greasy, and if there is a creamy sauce on anything chances are that its fattening too. stick with the fresh menu items that dont seem like they were frozen, most frozen stuff winds up being deep fried. a lot of places are offering more healthy alternatives on the menu, for example, mcdonalds has the fruit & yogurt, and chick-fil-a has fat free chicken noodle soup. at taco places- stay away from cream sauces or cheese sauces, refried beans, ground beef (super greasy at these places). Also, order water or maybe unsweet tea and put in splenda.

Taco Bell is the healtiest, but in moderation. The other's salad's range from 500-1000 calories just because of the bacon and cheese, and extras they put in, that's not counting the dressing.
