Fire the retro rockets. That means, turn around backwards and fire in a retrograde direction, which means against the direction you are moving in orbit. This will slow you down SLIGHTLY, which will lower your orbital altitude SLIGHTLY so that you enter the thin upper atmosphere. At that point your remaining speed will be reduced by friction with the air (basically wind resistance) until you fall all the way to the ground. Remember to open you parachute before hitting the ground!

U need a heat shield to shield u from the tremendous heat of the air.
