That depends on how you mean it. JaMarcus Russell is more talented, more agile, and seems to be a good fit for the Raiders system. The Browns got Brady Quinn, who is more of an accurate passer who has a higher football IQ and should fit that system. Also, in the future, don't be surprised to see Drew Stanton be successful, or even Kevin Kolb. They have great mechanics, good football IQ, decent mobility, but are "system QB's". They need to learn the offense, how it works, and then get some snaps. Stanton was the better draft pick because Detrit has an aging Jon Kitna right now, while Philadelphia has a still productive Donovan McNabb, a backup that was just resigned in A.J. Feeley, and a guy they picked up in a trade that they are claiming to have as their backup in Kelly Holcomb. So how does Kolb fit in is beyond me. But I think the player that will have the greatest NFL success is Brady Quinn right now. However, don't be surprised to see all of them falter considering the way teams constantly change coaches and systems. Andy Reid in Philly might only coach a few more years before being moved into the office, and Oakland hasn't had a steady coach in a decade, and that's not likely to change with Al Davis around.

Brady Quinn

Brayden Tyler "Brady" Quinn, born October 27, 1984 is an American football quarterback who currently plays for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League.

Quinn was drafted by the Browns in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft with the number 22 pick overall.

He attended the University of Notre Dame and set many school records for the Fighting Irish. Brady graduated from Notre Dame with dual degrees in political science and finance.

I think Brady Quinn is best positioned right now. The Browns seemed to improve the OL a lot. It looks like Quinn will be starting pretty soon if not bythe beginning of the season. He has good receivers to throw to.

Demarcus Russell has more talent, but the Raiders are still a mess. Awful OL. No Randy Moss- who's he going to pass to?

You have later round picks like Kevin Kolb, Trent Edwards, and Drew Stanton... Not sure how fast they will start playing or starting. The returns from these QB picks will take a longer to evaluate as they will be backing up the starters.

Obviously JaMarcus Rusell !

But a lot of great quarterbacks were drafted this year.

Brady Quinn,Cleveland Browns

John Beck,Miami Dolphins

Drew Stanton,Detriot Lions

Kevin Kolb,Philadelphia Eagles

Then thier were some later round picks who could pay your interest in the 30th round of your fantasy football draft:

Troy Smith,Baltimore Ravens

Troy Edwards,Buffalo Bills

and Possibly Jordan Palmer, Washington Redskins

It is easily Quinn or Russell. Neither will start the season atop the depth chart. The Raiders have better skill players.

Oakland: Jordan, Rhodes, M. Bush, J. Porter
Browns: J. Lewis, B. Edwards, Winslow

Neither of them have good offensive lines, although the Browns have been trying to improve...injuries have prevented them though. Quinn is more seasoned and has better coaching.

If both were to start from the begining of the season, and "best" was determined by win and QB rating...I think that Quinn will be the better of the two

Brady Quinn will have an immdiate impact with the Browns and will prove to be the best decision made by Phil Savaage as the franchise finally gets pointed in the right direction.

first of all, if you mean in reality (meaning rookies only)... Jamarus Russell. The Raiders got it right. Now, if you mean in your fantasy draft..Number 1 would be....Tom Brady. He has aquired so many offseason recievers and with his talent to spread the ball...watch out. He has made nobody rec. look great. Imagine what he'll do with Donte Stallworth and Randy Moss! Not to mention their running game is great as well and this will keep defenses honest against him and his passing game.
After Brady the rest of the top five fall like this:
2. Peyton Manning
3. Drew Brees
4. Carson Palmer
5. Jon Kitna

Brady Quinn...The Browns will be laughing to the playoffs this year...and the Raiders and Lions, well, they'll be the same place they've been for the past 5 years or so...Near the bottom...Least they'll have another high draft pick to look forward to...

No doubt Brady Quinn. At the 22nd pick. He got to go where he wanted and Cleveland got him for a cheaper price.
