My older sister used to be fun... Then she smoked pot. Now she deflated like a baloon and just lays there. Its actually funny. But its still kind of sad. What should I do?

Make sure you dispose of her properly. If your sister gets out into the environment like that, she could be a choking hazard to all sorts of wildlife.
