When the number of PH increases the "acidness" of the solution decreases. So if you dilute the solution the PH increases, meaning that the "acidness" decreases. So the PH will be less than 4 wich means that solution gets more "nutral" near PH 7. When the number gets bigger than 7 that means that -OH routes are more than the +H ions.

It increases. pH is indirectly propotional to H+ concentration. If you dilute a solution, you are decreasing the concentration therefore the pH will be less acidic.
