Probably not. If he has Vitiligo as he says he does, then portions of his skin can and portions cant. The only way to subdue the effect is to bleach the skin and not tan so everything appears uniform. Otherwise he would look like a spotted person with white and dark spots. So yes he can tan, but only parts will and parts will not, they just burn and stay white.

I really dont think so cuz I heard people born albino ( I no Michael Jackson Is African American) also cant tan

I would imagine he couldn't tan as he has a Pigment deficiency. He used to be pretty well pigmented before, but now he has a disease. Sorry Michael.

he has a skin condition which makes him cant go out in the sun but i bet if he hasnt had it he could have been tan just as any other person right!

Ha, Unless they have something wrong, all people get darker under the sun. MJ doesn't want to, tho. If you catch him out under the sun, he will also be under that big umbrella he uses as his parasol.

Black people can tan, but if he has that disease he is claiming to have, the pigment is not functioning, so no, he can't tan in those areas.

well he said it on the jackson 5 movie "I hate the way I look" so he and clorox, and Sherwin Williams paint got real close so if he did decide to go back I guess he can go Tide and some paint thinner he'd probally look like this click on link below
