I have heard the best way to get rid of a Ouija Board is to burn it to a crisp. I've also heard that if you burn it, it screams (sounds like screeching cats?). Is this true, or is this just a myth? If it is true, would homemade Ouija Boards do the same upon burning them?

If by chance the board did "scream".. it would only be because of whatever papers, chemicals, etc were used in the process of printing it.. and possibly some air that was trapped in layers making noise when it escapes.. But.. likely, they just burn up.
Best way to get rid of one? Throw it in the garbage.. No need to burn it.. It's just a game.. a toy.. paper.. cardboard.. etc.. There is nothing inherently evil about the board itself.
I will agree that people "invite" evil because of using the boards.. but the boards themselves are nothing more than processed material made into a toy.. NOTHING MORE.
I think that the "scream" is just a myth to try to convince people that there is something special about Ouija boards..

A Ouija Board and other Talking Boards do NOT scream when you burn it.
The boards are tools to those who practice divination just as a screwdriver is a tool to a carpenter.

No, and the best way to get rid of it is to not use it at all, just save it in your basement and don't use it at all. The Ouija board is a dangerous game. Trust me...

A Ouija board is a toy made by Milton Bradley. Nothing more, nothing less. Anything it does is purely controlled by your mind. If you are crazy you may hear it screaming when you burn it.

Other than the hissing and popping that wood makes while burning, no. It's just a parlor game or a tool to involve subconscious thinking, there's no little red monsters inside of it.

quija board is a way one can talk to spirits..........
most likely evil spirits
ive heard a story where this guy was speaking to a spirit, unbeknown to him it was a demon from hell .
ive heard when you speak with a spirit you just cant stop talking with it when you want to.
you have to ask the spirit permission to stop, and if you dont........... well.. this guy did not and he misteriously was picked up in the air and thrown across the room and smacked the far wall.
i do not know if the board screams when burned but i can garantee you the guy flying through the air screamed a lot when he hit the wall (he he he)
