Yes, it's normal. I agree, you should take it easy so you don't do any damage. I'm sure once you're no longer a long distance relationship, your body will adapt (mine did). But in the meantime, take it easy.
If the bleeding really worries you or if it gets worse, talk to your doctor.

I guess you both have to slow down and be a bit more gentle with each other. The general trend is that when you miss each other for a long time you end up being aggressive leading to those abrasions. So while it may be normal and you may not need to worry about it, BE GOOD TO YOURSELVES and slow it down ok.

I'm large and this is what I do to avoid this and he should- always give lots of foreplay, including oral, make sure all is very well lubricated, and take it slow. Don't rush start off slow and take it easy for a while. It will get better and he should make sure you enjoy it everytime. He should want to really please and satisfy you.

You really should go to your GYN and get it checked. Usually bleeding or painful intercourse is not always normal. Be safe and make an appt. I worked in GYN for awhile its a very easy problem to take care of.

Perhaps a personal lubricant, like KY or Astro Glide would help you. If you find that you are still bleeding, even with an added lubricant, see your doctor.

this happens because you hardly have sex and when a woman doesnt have sex for a long time like that.. that is normal... that is just because he is big and because you havent had sex for a while.. that your body gets used to that... my sister is in the same situation, when she went to the dr.. she asked that same question.. which, the dr said it was normal

yeah i've heard this kind of thing before plenty of times.. just be careful you really don't want to rupture anything down there.. you have to be gentle if hes that large.. you can really damage your cervix and other "fragile & important" area's. goodluck!
