on the EOD questionaires it says : are you
1.)White
2.)African or African American
3.)Hispanic(Not Black)
But For # 3 there IS A LOT of people that are BOTH,...right?
People that are Hispanic AND Black are forced to Renounce one or the other
Isnt THAT racist??

Remember the Archie Bunker episode (All In The Family) where Archie is in the hospital and he has had a transfusion from his black doctor, who incidentally is a woman (ha). In this general climate think of what a great mixing pot the U.S.A. is and has been. Can it be, then, that there are any of us left without at least ONE drop of black blood, white blood, red blood, yellow blood in us?

Yes. It's also just completely ignorant and probably down to some poor soul trying to do the right thing but getting it oh so wrong. Somebody ought to tell em to get with it and stop asking dumb questions.

You are correct. My daughters are half black half Hispanic. (where ever Hispania is) Most times they are classified as Black simply because the general rule is you are what your dad is. I call them my little choco-tacos.

I don't like to fill in forms that ask for race.
I guess they just want you to check the race that you identify most strongly with. Or do they want the race you appear to be?

When I get those kind of questionaires i just don't answer.. Does it matter what I am?? Just don't answer them...
