Jerry Falwell and Osama Bin Laden had the same views.
Look it up.

No, the dimwits haven't figured it out yet.
Al-Qaida in arabic means "the base", similar to Bush's "base."
But the dimwits haven't figured that one out either.

People who say they are equally scared of a house cat and a mountain lion because both animals have teeth really freak me out.
Jerry Falwell never flew airliners into buildings. Second, does it bother you that, in hundreds of mosques across this country, people are being radicalized against America? Do you think that same thing is going on in churches?
Did you ever hear of the Moral Majority trying to blow up airliners with shoe bombs, or rig plastic explosives to fuel trucks? Stop whining because people just DISAGREE with you and start focusing on the people who want to kill you.
On the other hand, do you think Osama Bin Laden wants to take over America by passing out voter guides and trying to pass legislation to force women to wear veils in the mall? No, because Osama Bin Laden doesn't see any need to go to all that trouble. He empowers himself to just kill you.
Why can't you see the distinction between legal, reasonable, democratic processes in a constitutional republic which affords people THE RIGHT to lobby in the public forum to change things, and barbarians who want to skip all that freedom stuff and just skip right to the mass destruction part? The Moral Majority has the RIGHT to take part in democracy. Osama doesn't want to. That's the difference.
When the president of Iran says he wants to wipe my country and my culture off the map, and he starts building nukes to do it, then I immediately put him on the top of my danger list. I couldn't care less if Pat Robertson wants me to boycott Disney World because of Gay Pride Week. He has the right to do it.
Why don't you think for yourself? It's simple. Just turn off the television, stop regurgitating the mob rhetoric. Put away the pitchfork and the torch and JUST think things through. "The West Wing" is a fantasy world. Life is the real world.
P.S. NeoCon is just another fad buzzword.

first of all the moral majority is not al qaida. they are a small fundimetalist group in relative with the general population. example in iran the government is supported by only about 20-25% of the population. our media makes the middle east look like it does. your an idiot and need to read a little more. also im not part of the moral majority but i do support thier right to exist.

How did they have the same views?
I can think of a ton of other organizations who would better represent a "moral majority" in the middle east.

Not really, bin Laden advocates killing those who do not conform, and Al Qaeda is not a majority force in the Middle East.

Funny, the Washington Post ran a story about how Al Qaida was siding with the Democrats. There's nothing "moral" or "majority" about Democrats because they're neither.
