It says the files are unhealable, but isn't there some way to fix it?

What is means when it says the file is "unhealable" is that the "bad program" is so connected to the "good program" that downloaded it the AVG can not remove the "bad program" without also uninstalling the good program.

Run the virus scan again, and let it delete those files. It may mean that whatever little program you downloaded them with will quite working. But you don't want a program with a virsus in it anyways.
