"For crying out loud!" is an idiomatic interjection.

If you want another idiom: "For goodness sakes!" comes closest to the meaning. I might also add that all of the other contributions were perfectly interchangable as well. It really depends on the writer/speaker's point of view.

If you want a one-word synonym I might use "Geez!" or "Dammit!"

Criminently! I don't think this is even a word, but my Dad used to say it when he was pi$$ed at one of us kids. Which was most of the time.
