According to the web it's Podoliantsi of the Ukraine. age 23 and 8 feet 4 inches tall and still growing. The tallest man of all time was Robert Wadlow from the USA at 8 ft 11 inches.

There was a recent story of a near eight foot tall man in China who helped rescue a trapped dolphin with his long arms. The story also said that he was believed to be the tallest man in the world.

I'm 7ft 1in on me tip toes. But there is a man in the Guinness book of records a bit taller, and he ain't on his tip toes, if he was he would break his own record. I think ? lol
